first i am so proud of you,because you like facing new challenge,that is very good for you.
but for the language,as you know the environment is very important,so if you want to learn Cantonese,the best way is you go to find the teacher to teach you.
i have one suggestion for you,before you learn the Cantonese,you have to make your Mandarin Chinese is good.because two of them some of pronunciation
is almost same,so if you can not speak Mandarin well,when you meet this kind of word,that will become your new challenge again.
actually i can speak some Cantonese,so that is my experience when i was learn Cantonese,i just want to share with you!
